Welcome to Miles and Frames

We live in a world that encourages us to move faster, see more and scroll endlessly to the next destination. Miles & Frames was created as a quiet alternative—a place to slow down, look a little longer and discover the stories that are often hidden in plain sight.Whether we're wandering through a forgotten village in Spain, running quiet country lanes in Norfolk, or standing in the middle of a bustling European market, we're always looking for the stories that many people walk straight past.

Miles & Frames is our journal of those journeys. Here you'll find photographs, travel stories and reflections gathered over thousands of miles on the road. We hope they encourage you to look a little longer, travel a little slower and discover that some of the most rewarding experiences are found in the ordinary.

Latest Journal

Showcasing the Puffin

My photography is usually about people—observing, waiting, and capturing those small moments that reveal something about the human experience. Every now and then, though, nature has other ideas. These puffins, photographed on the Isle of Staffa in Scotland, were impossible to ignore.

Showcasing Cromer , the jewel of the East Coast

My photography has always centred on people—observing, waiting, and capturing the moments that tell a story. Cromer is more than a holiday destination; it's an authentic Norfolk town where life continues long after the visitors have gone home.
